Chef Alexis
Already at the age of 5, Alexis dreamed of becoming a cook.
It was the decisive meeting with Cyril Lignac, during the Chocolate Fair, that confirmed his decision to choose this path. The cook and pastry Chef, whose television shows have made him famous, inspired him.
He then began his great adventure; first at the hotel school, which he left with his Certificate of Professional Aptitude (CAP) in his pocket. He then worked in various Parisian restaurants, including the Auberge Provençale.
In 2021, he took over the stoves of the family hotel-restaurant and became chef at the age of 25.

Today, Chef Alexis invites you to taste his creative cuisine.
At every restaurant service (lunch and dinner), a menu is prepared according to the arrival of foodstuffs.
